A EUROPEAN ACTRESS, WRITER AND CREATOR BASED IN COPENHAGEN
Born in the Netherlands to a Dutch dad and Swiss mom, but raised in Denmark, I grew up multilingual.
I returned to the Netherlands to study, earning a BFA in Acting from the University of the Arts Utrecht. After completing my classical training, I moved to New York to train in Meisner at the William Esper Studio.
Since then, I’ve worked in theatre and film both in Denmark and the Netherlands.
Alongside my work as an actor, I’m also a screenwriter, having studied script development at the University of Southern Denmark. Concurrently, I was part of a selected group for Serieskolen, a national talent development program by the Danish Film Talent foundation and Netflix, focused within serialized storytelling.
I have since written the short films Kunstig Eksistens (Artficial Existence) and Duet.
Duet, which I also starred in, was nominated for four awards at the Nordic Star Film Festival, including Best Screenplay and Best Actress, while Kunstig Eksistens is currently in post-production.

About Me

Already as a kid I was giving my parents performances at the dinner table and filling notebooks with stories as soon as I could write. But being a performer and storyteller weren’t my future career goals.
My childhood dreams were to become a marine biologist and martial artist (Yes, I was an avid consumer of Animal Planet and Jackie Chan movies...). But even though I wrote my first “book” about sharks at nine - and by “book” I mean I filled a notebook with everything I could gather at the local library and carefully added printed, cut-out images from Google - I eventually realized that my true passion was performing and telling stories. Alongside becoming a martial artist of course!
I aim to tell stories that explore the tensions of being human - from the polished surface of modern life to the primal instincts beneath it. To me, art is a way of making sense of the world - a space where curiosity, expression, and exploration can unfold freely.
